Return and Refund Policy

 

Return Policy for Industrial Detergents

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nelico LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your industrial detergent purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged industrial detergent, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged product, along with your order number, for expedited assistance.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at eric@nelicollc.com or 307-262-0634 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 90 days and credited back to the original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance or sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

8. International Returns:

  • We currently do not offer International returns.

10. Disclaimer:

  • Nelico LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by the industrial detergents purchased from our store. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of the detergent products. Nelico LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the industrial detergents.
